Several months ago I answered a topic on StackOverflow to find out which parts of Bootstrap 4 requires Popper.js and whether importing Popper.js is necessary.

My previous post was about free contact form solutions that can be inserted into static sites and can send email. I tried out Basin which won my gold prize before based on its website only. Here are my experiences.
